IMPOSSIBLE to get proof of purchase for insurance

I am on contract and upgraded in December.
In order to get insurance for the phone through my insurer, I need the proof of purchase, which is a copy of my contract with Vodacom as well as the phones IMEI number showing that I will effectively purchase the phone over the next 24 months via my contract.
I have called the (rather incompetent) Vodacom call centre every week since the 5th of January 2014.
The first agent put me through to the relevant Vodacom department and they said they would get the documentation from the warehouse and send it to me in a week.
Since then I have called each week (waited for 10 minutes for my call to be attended to and then repeated answers to verification questions)&each time I get a different response from the agent. Some could see the reference number for the request, others said I had to get Vodacom cellphone insurance and they cannot give me proof of purchase and others had never heard of the department or a proof of purchase, so could not help.

I only have a month left before an insurer will not give me cellphone insurance, so I need this document urgently.
Also, I am now left with no cover for yet another week!

Please help me, i'm stuck!
