NO SMARTPHONE FOR REFUGEES WITH FNB ACCOUNTS

I write to express my Shock and Disappointment with First National Bank Smartphone division. They decilned me a Smartphone because i am a Refugee something i do not understand as I have been banking with FNB since 2006 todate. My Salary is paid into my FNB account. I have a credit card and cheque account with FNB. I am using a Refugee Status permit which is still valid until 28/09/2015, just like any other permit, i will renew it when it expires. Even though I am a refugee, I have a house in RSA and I also emailed FNB my proof of residence, my payslip and my valid permit. I am so shocked that Refugees are not allowed to buy Smartphones through their bank but they are allowed to open bank accounts and have their salaries paid into their bank accounts. This does not make sense and I would like to know which Refugee Act deprives Refugees to have right to buy phones. I even have a house which i am paying for a bond every month even though I am a refugee. FNB asked me to forward my details on the 18th of June and after several emails to them asking why are they delaying only to be told today 2 July that its because I am a Refugee so they can not assit me. This is a shock from my banke
