Proof of purchase

My wife bought me a cell phone from first national bank. It is not charging so we took it to Samsung for repairs.they asked for proof of purchase before they could take a look at the device which we never received from FNB.

ON the third of January we called FNB to ask for the proof of purchase. We were told the department was closed for holidays they advised us to make a call the following week. ON the seventh we made a call again to FNB we were promised the document was to be e-mailed shortly which never happened.

On THursday the tenth we made another call and we are still awaiting for this document. My phone is stuck at Samsung because of FNB's incompetence. I am highly disappointed at their level of service.
