Billing me extra without phoning or any communicat

I just checked my bank statement and saw that my car instalment is up with almost R800!! When phoning absa they informed me that they had no proof that my car was insured... I have my car for 2 years now. So absa decided to go an give me insurance of their own, this without phoning or emailing or any kind of contact with me!!!

I did not know you can just add extra stuff on someones account without requesting proof or talking to the person, the lady informed me that they were supposed to contact me first before doing this and that I should send a email and then they will get back to me.

So absa!!! I am insured with Mutual and Federal, if you actually did your jobs and contacted me I could have provided you with the prove of my insurance!!

I better receive my refund ASAP!!!
