ABSA AIP Services deduction of insurance

I've received a second phone call during March 2013 from a division of Absa called AIP services that they going to deduct double my instalment from my vehicle instalment account because they suspect that I do not have comprehensive insurance even though proof of cover was faxed and emailed to them in Jan 2013?? My insurer and I sent them proof again (I did the same during 2012 when the same thing happened) clearly indicating that the car is privately insured. Despite them have all the contact details of the insurance company & proof that the policy is in place and paid up, they deducted the amount regardless???

Now I have been trying to speak to some one @ AIP however the 0860053421 / 0860 111 555 numbers just keeps you hanging on - I have been phoning and holding on for more that 2 hours now!

Surely it is Absa's responsibility to check with the insurance company if cover is in place as anyone can just and provide a letter stating that cover is in place when it is actually not???

A smart way of getting rid of your remaining clients Absa! I ll be sure to move the remainder of my business from you - but firstly I want my refund.
