Shocking service

We have 2 business accounts and our personal accounts with FNB. On the 21st of June I contacted them to apply for a merchant account for a new business that we are opening. I was told at the time that a consultant would get back to me 3-5 working days after the initial enquiry. As I had not received a response by 01Jul i contacted the merchant services call centre again. After speaking to 4 different agents and getting passed around I was told that an urgent message had been sent to somebody called Malesela to contact me the same day. Needless to say I have not been contacted as yet.
As a back up, I decided to contact Nedbank on the 1st of July to see if they could help. Not only were they able to do the necessary credit checks but they responded to us with a proposal the same day! It is appalling that our bank has still not been bothered to help us 10 days after the application while a competing bank was able to do so in a day.
