I've in the past, as recent as 3 weeks ago received terrible service from Nedbank's call centre regarding my Personal Loan where I ask for statements, they never are e-mailed. make arrangements to settle my account early yet I am double debited/incorrectly debited. 3 weeks ago 15 June I got through to an agent who assured me he would mail me my statement, a week passed and no statement arrived. I asked why my arrangement for the extra payment was not taken off in May, he replied stating that the arrangement was for 3 months, yet extra payment was coming off since January with 4 successive debits, I believe he also took my e-mail address incorrectly as he asked if it ends [Email Removed] I corrected him and no statement arrived.
June 22 I called, spoke to Shany (excuse the spelling) (Ref:8665921), I know you guys close at 12:00 and I called minutes before closing yet she was very professional, informative and friendly (not the type service I got used to receiving), she certainly is an asset to your organisation and I believe she should be training other agents as she has an excellent attitude and is customer focused. If this service is maintained, I would certainly deal with Nedbank
