I have a personal loan with nedbank and my debit order goes off on 25th of every month, my account was in areas by R1150 and in June i had financial problems and i called Nedbank to make payment arrangements of 718 for 6months to cover the areas i already had and the missed June instalment and then begining of July i got money paid into my account and as soon as the money was in my account they deducted the June instalment and the next day i called them to cancell the 718 area arrangement and made another arrangement of 383 for 3 months to cover the R1150 areas and the agent i spoke to assured me over the phone that the arrangement has been made. In July Nedbank sent me an sms reminding me to pay the 718 after i have cancelled it and then i called and spoke to their supervisor Bongani Khuwoni he apologised and refunded me the diffrence and now the same thing has happend again and when i called this morning they refused to put my call to Bongani and they promised again to cancell the 718 and re-instate the 383 and told me i am welcome to complain if i want to, they were rude and did not want to give me anything in writing stating that the same mistake will not happen again
