I am a normal guy comparing insurance prices etc. I contacted King Price insurance in Feb 2013, spoke to one of their consultants provide all my paperwork, provide my current insurance documents and contracts. They said they would get back to me. THEY DIDN'T! Phoned back a month and a half later and spoke to another consultant gave all my documents again... and guess what it is now July 2013 and they promised me that they would contact me back. (I have a confirmed email from Ian saying this) And that was in June 2013. The service, they are lying, they never contact you back, imagine what would happen if you really need them when you are involved in a accident one day. I don't trust them. SINCE FEB 2013 have I tried to be a client that actually has a very good insurance history. It is now JULY 2013 and I am still waiting for you mor-ons's to contact me.!!! What is the problem? Tell me if you don't want to help me and I will stay with my current insurance company NO PROBLEM... Unacceptable service provided to clients... Read all the threads on Hellopeter.com
