Terrible terrible

Good day,

I requested a settlement letter a while back i received it and another bank settled my loan, once payment was made an amount put in to my account nedbank debit my account immedately and i went to revise the payment. then a few months ago i received a statement stating i owe nedbank a R1500 which they put back into my account after i revised money, i got a statement and i did pick it up but why after so many months and why didnt they take the money immediately when they noticed i revearsed it. now after a number of calls i received where there line was faulty i called in 3 times to make arrangements to pay using my phone to call i get sms to threathen me as if i was in the wrong. on the 3 attempt i spoke to a jose just last week saying i will pay the loan off in 2 installements, no problem mam it is noted. on the 27 when my salary gets deposited nedbank without my permission debits my account for the full amount after i made my self claer i will make a eft myself that is terrible service, i am disgusted as the service i received from nedbank since March, and to think we trust you with our money, as for Karen Venter that never replies to email, makes the service worse.
