Trying for 2 weeks to get correct address loaded &

I called and spoke to Habiba Sattar on 5 April. I asked that a copy of my home loan statement be e-mailed to me as I have never received ANY correspondence about anything to do with this home loan. When she sent the statement I saw that you have loaded the physical address of the property we previously resided at.
I clearly stated when I called that I need to be able to see the address of the property bonded with you, on the statement.
I have e-mailed Habiba on numerous occassions and have been completely ignored. After mailing her a number of times, becoming more and more irate, Habiba replied stating that she can't answer any e-mail query and that I should call the call centre again.
I replied asking for contact details (name, number and e-mail address) for her manager. This mail has also been ignored.
I've tried calling the call centre but I don't see why I should remain on hold for 20 minutes at a time because you people can't anwer your phones.
I NEED MY STATEMENTS - FOR THE HOME LOAN AND INSURANCE AND ANYTHING ELSE RELATED TO THIS BOND - TO REFLECT MY PO BOX ADDRESS. I need this done IMMEDIATELY AND A COPY E-MAILED TO ME!
