Very Poor service Delivery and communication

I applied for a new banking account and decided to do it in a branch instead of online, First mistake.
Card was ordered and sent to East London Branch, when I'm based and live in Cape Town, second Mistake, trusting someone to do things for you.
I was told a 3 - 5 day waiting period before card will be delivered, 6 days passed and still waiting... Third Mistake
Contact the branch, prompt says press 2 for card collections, someone answers and I request to speak to someone in Card collections, but the thick headed does not understand and keeps on with asking how she can driect my call...

Shoo!!! What pathetic service, I now understand why there service fees are so cheap, that is because they do not invest in service delivery
