No feedback on delivery

I took up the option of upgrading my credit card from gold to platinum online. I got a call from one of the agents who did everything including the limit increase over the phone. We agreed and confirmed that I will collect my card at the Vincent Park branch in East London. That was 2 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for a notifier that I may go collect my platinum card. Surely the wait cant be that long for the card delivery.
