Card charges for new account

Im very upset about my statement i got from fnb via e-mail i open this account with hopes that this would not be another bank that would try to rip me off, I phone the fnb call center on the 14 of feb 2013 wanting to switch to fnb.applied successfully and my card will be dellivered to my nearest branch i said fnb addderley street cape town 3-5 working i was promised.i get a sms 7days later saying my cards can be picked up its ready, when i get to the branch they then notified me my card has been delivered to the wrong branch i was ok with that the consultant said she will ask for them to transfer the card to the adderley branch as it was in addelaide in jhb.7 days later i get another sms saying please come and collect only to find it was the same sms for the addelaide branch then the women at the counter said i must speak to the card consultants which i did and she said they will order new cards for and transfer my details from that branch i got a statement saying i now have to pay for new cards.it was not my mistake as they sent my cards to the wrong branch.and i have to now pay for replacements .not good service at all my faith is lost with this bank sorry
