I applied for a new account online. They claim to have the card delivered in 2 business days. I arranged delivery but had to cancel and reschedule.
On the new date of delivery i was waiting at work, im still waiting. I asked them to cancel the entire thing and just received a mail to say i have to go to the nearest branch. The exact reason why i applied online is that i dont have time to go to the bank. I refuse to go in and cancel something and be inconvenienced.
This is terrible service. And to think i was almost a "client" of fnb?
The advertising is misleading and false. My card was suppose to be deliverd with in two days, on the third businessday i had to contact them to find out where my card was!
