AM I MAKING A MISTAKE?

I opened a new account with FNB on 02/11/2013.Received good service at the branch&was told my checque card will be delivered within 3-5 working days. I wanted the card delivered to my work but the consultant had already selected a branch & said she could not change it and said at least I'm saving R120 the charge applicable when they deliver. Something I would have paid gladly. I am moving my account to FNB after being with STANDARDBANK for almost 15yrs&because of bad service from them. Today is the 8th, time13:24PM&I have heard nothing-no sms/call as to when I can get my card. I tried phoning&then I have to input my ID nr&card number and I don't have a card so how do I speak to someone at FNB.I was not given any details who I should contact to follow up. I sent a mail this morning&still nothing. So my question, is this how FNB want to start their banking relationship with me? I mean come on. The banks are closing soon. This is very disappointing in the very least to say. I cant believe this!!!
