1st time customer - dissappointed

I completed a online request to switch to FNB, i received call back and explained bout all the services, which immediately she advised everything was activated, account opened, she gave me the option for card delivery to me or collection at a branch, i opted for card delivery as it was more convenient and avoiding the long q, a few days later 2 consultants phoned to confirm the delivery address, but how both could get it wrong;I am stunned;cze this card was sent to Cape Town, and i am in PE because i received calls the last 2 days for delivery, however my petrol card was delivered to the correct address, so i clearly do not understand this... i was told on the call from CCD this morning i could go to any branch to collect a card, went i got to a consultant who advised otherwise, however she then advised i was being charged for card delivery R120, I need to go back to the branch for collection at this point i am not sure whether i am getting a card throught the branch which i was advised by the branch consultant earlier or through delivery which i refuse to pay R120 as i was not advised of any delivery charg and i received a petrol card through delivery a few hours ago, please assist
