Cant get through to card collections when calling

I have called the Northgate Branch on number 011 794 1692, waiting for ever to get through to card collections as collections is not answering the phone, so i call back and ask for managers, and guess what get cut off. All i want to know, is my card ready for collection at the branch and to what time are collections availble in the afternoon. (my gold credit card)
