Wrong delivery, late delivery, no delivery

I applied online for a new FNB account on 9 April.
When the CAPE TOWN couriers called me to deliver my card, they wanted my Cape Town office address - after I specifically stated I want my card delivered at Potchefstroom BRANCH. (Was this not the case FNB used as their first of may Steve/Werner radio ads?)
After THREE WEEKS I got my FNB debit card from the branch.
I am still waiting for my Credit Card.
I am still waiting for my eBucks Card.
I logged an online complaint on 10 May, again on 13 May. I only received a reply on the 14th - stating that the complaint has been referred. That is the ONLY communication I received since picking up my debit card from the branch.

FNB is not keeping up to it's promises. It is sad that after thousands of rands spent on marketing, they don't deliver (mind the pun).
