Moving forward? More like MOVING NOWHERE!!

I applied for a cheque account mid July 2013 online successfully and was contacted by Standard Bank a few days later to take the required documents to my nearest branch and collect my card. When i did that i was advised by a consultant that my application was not complete and we had to do it over and that my card was not ready as it takes 10 working days for a card to be ordered and delivered. I spend more than a hour in the branch completed everything and was given a temp card and was advised i will be contacted after a few days to collect my actual card. I contacted them on the 22 August 2013 and still no card as there was some sort of error again. Till today 18 September 2013 i have heard nothing from Standard Bank regarding my card or a unpaid debit order that was supposed to be reversed from my account as it was their mistake. Is this the way you treat your new clients!!!
