I lodged the claim with MiWAY on the 06 of June 2013, i received an sms stating that LionelC is handling my claim and will be in contact with me shortly. 2 weeks later with still no call from this Lionel guy, i called him on his landline he said he was busy processing my claim and will revert in two days, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM MIWAY, ITS BEEN A MONTH AND MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED!!! CLEARLY THEY DO NOT THINGS MY WAY AS THEY CLAIM ON THEIR ADVERTS!
