Bad service and attitude

Someone drunk harshly reversed onto my car on the 15th June 2013. Due to the public holiday I managed to report the incident to miway on the 15 June 2013. My claim was handled by Margaret Contrera and from the onset she sounded impatient. Margeret told me of the documents I must submit; estimated that if all documents are received quickly the claim may be finalised by Friday 21/06/2013 and told me that even if it is not finalised she will still call me on Friday to give me an update and she gave me her contact details. On Wednesday 19/06/2013 I sent all the required documents and information via e-mail. She did not confirm receipt and later on I called her then she confirmed.
I did not receive any call from miway from then till on wednesday 26/06/2013. However on tue 25/06/2013 I called her landline and it kept on saying she's not available and I must leave a message, I left a message but no one got back to me. On wednesday I tried the landline again and couldn't find her for several times and then I decided to call the general tell number of miway and I was told that she will call me very soon. she didn't until I had to call again around 16:30 and found her. And that's then I got
