We sold our property at the end of Feb and had a homeloan with Standard Bank, thinking that when we apply for our new property it will be a breeze. This was not the case. Our offer was accepted on a repo property with Standard Bank so we applied with Standard Bank for the homelone Ref:4437821 and sent all doc's to [Email Removed] 4 June 2013. On the 6 June when i call to find out how its going the deal cancelled. So we re open Ref:4445623, had to forward 25 payslips as hubby is pd weekly, and 21 bank statements (6 months) we get told by Vasty. Phetlu that she has all documents and we should have an answer in less than 10 days. Called 10 June 2013 deal cancelled again reopen again Ref: 4457125 spoke to Olivia Alves, then resend documents she said they didnt have. Called back next day spoke to Lindi Ntombela, needed 4 more docs not clear and e/mailed all. Even got a letter that they have all docs, they will call if any more is needed. Today the 26 June just been informed cancelled - NO DOC's /UNCLEAR. Im emailing it, its clear how is this possible? What must I do to get someone to grant us this bond. What? Can someone please get back to me!!!
