I registered a claim on the 13th of June 2013 and instantly received an sms confirming the registration with a claim No. 462700 and later on another sms informing me that Lionel Collett will be my claim handler. They also requested me to send them pictures of damaged area on my car which I sent the very same day. I have since did not receive any feedback from MiWay regarding the claim. On Friday 21 June 2013 I directly called Lionel who promissed to call me back later but he never called. It has been a week now and my car is still not repaired.
What is delaying the claim? Why am i not getting updates about the claim? Why? Ive sent an email as well to him providing details of what he requested

I need my car to be fixed, please assist.
