UNWILLING TO COMPLETE APLICATION

I applied for a Makro Store Card on-line,

Consultants gave me a call back quite quick. As soon as i advised tha consultant that my Company is based in Miami they did not want to assist me any further.

I offered to send them through employment confirmation with letter provided to me by the Company which they declined.

Because I work overseas all my accounts in S.A is given with the same information.

The consultant kept explaining that this is a different department and that this is a MASS Discounters store and they will not do employment confirmation overseas and process any further with the application.

I have 2 different RCS Store Cards approved based on the same criteria. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE NOW?

I would just like to know why each person handles the application process different.

ALL THIS FALLS UNDER RCS, MAKRO, CAPE UNION MART, NWJ so the standard should be the same!
