I applied for a game card on the website twice and it was pre-approved twice. I was sent message to go to any game store to finalise my application. I went to store and was given forms to complete and was told I will get feedback within 30 to 45 minutes. I went to the store a day later to inquire. I was toldy application was declined. When we called the RCS call centre I was tol it's because of my past RCS account that I had. I'm surprised why my application was pre approved on the website then declined based on my account that was paid up in full and closed more that 4 years ago. This is pathetic considering that no ITC or affordability assessment was never conducted to come to this decision, instead they just based decision on one irrelevant matter which was settled.
