I applied for a home loan about 3 months ago. Then when i called the customer line, they said to me the application was stopped because they could not do a confirmation of employment over the phone, they called my company but they couldnt confirm my employment, but i send them a confirmation letter confirming my employment that i collected at my HR department because my companie does not give personal information over the phone according to the Labour relations act. They said to me they will look into this problem, after 2 weeks i called, and again they said my application is not proceeding, this time they said to me my letter of confirmation is only valid for 14 days and it has expired, so i send them a new letter, then after some time i called again and the same problem arise. They said i must recapture my information and do a new application... i did all of that and got my new reference number. And i called yesterday and they said my application was stopped again because they did not get my documents that i faxed, i faxed them again and did not got any feedback yet
