My name is Khensani Bikitsha. I applied for cell phone contract with Bayport and they declined it based on that my employment confirmation was rejected. They say they spoke to someone at my workplace and were told I am not known. I have been working for Roche for the nearly five years and when I called reception they didnt receive any calls to confirm employment today, 03 June 2013 and when I enquired with Bayport whom did they speak to they say they didnt take the name. They advised I reapply after 90 days and this unaccceptable for me as the decision was based on wrong information and they dont even take the person name.
