I recently tried to open a business bank account online and submitted all the documents that I believed I needed. No further documents were requested. The account showed up in my internet banking profile so I naturally thought that everything was fine.
I transferred money into the account, only to later find out that I could not withdraw from because I had not submitted all the requisite documentation. I recently sent them the documentation by email and have had no response.
There are 2 things that I'm very disappointed and angry аbout:
1) Letting me believe that everything was in order and letting me deposing the money when I couldn't withdraw it.
2) They have not responded to my submission of documents after I sent them a few days ago (more than the 48 hours than they said they would take to get back to me).
On top of that, I'm PAYING for this account that I can't access so it's worse than useless.
