Leading cellular service in poor customer care

I applied for a samsung s4 mini online snd I was approved. It turned out that they had no stock available and I had to wait ten days... so I then asked for it to be cancelled as my nearest store being Makro had stock. In the process of having my online application removed I was adviced by a Vodacom consultant that I would experience no difficulty in having my application processed at Makro on Saturday the 21 September. This morning going in being excited to get my new phone I was completely inconvenienced and disappointed. My application was declined and when Makro phoned through to Vodacom to ask why since online I was approved and I am an existing contract Vodacom customer that has never missed a monthly payment or had a late payment. The consultant adviced Makro to wait another 30min so that she may process it again on her side as I shouldn't be experiencing this difficulty. I waited in store for the duration of the waiting period only to find out that I was still declined. Makro phoned again and they were told that the consultant never processed the application and advised Makro to wait another 30min for processing. This is unacceptable and I have bern inconvenienced.
