My account was upgraded from silver cheque account to Gold without my consent. I only realised this problem February 2013 after receiving sms notifying me that my card will exire soon (NOT upgrading). Florida branch-Goldman street- told me I have been paying for Gold since 2011 ( - R97). FNB claim that they have communicated with me regarding this upgrade from silver to Gold'What a lie!!!
According to my knowledge this is breach of contract and it is serious valuation of my consumer rights
All I want is a refund from 2011 till to date and my account to be downgraded to Smart account since silver account has been discontinued
