On the 2de of Feb my boyfriend bought me a gold bracelet for my birthday at the branch in Westgate I asked the lady if it was gold she said yes it was! So off we went 3 days later my gold bracelet started becoming Silver!!! I phoned the "customer Care line" what a joke they said that they would call me back before 4pm on the 5the of Feb I'm still waiting! If I wanted silver I would of bought silver!
