Upgraded to Gold Credit Card?

I was phoned by one of your consultants to upgrade my silver credit card to gold credit card. I asked what the benefits will be and I was told I will pay a lesser rate on my credit card. After my account was upgraded I expected a lesser rate on my statement. To my surprise my rate was still the same as what I use to have on my silver credit card. I lodged a complaint via your website on Friday morning. Two days ago one of your consultants phoned me on my cellphone while I was driving and I explained the situation and that she can phone me back a few minutes later when I was stationery. She said I will either receive a call later or the following day yesterday (Tuesday). Now it's today (Wednesday) and no-one has called me back (poor service again). For an extra R56 out of pocket this is the poor service levels, I had to pay for. Next time any of your consultants do give me a call, I will treat you like "Fishing " and I REALLY FEEL RIPPED OFF BY FNB! what is the point of upgrading when the bank gets the benefit of making money in the process?
