On 25 June 2013, 17:25 PM I went to the Standard bank ATM to withdraw money and i insert my bank card and the ATM request that i should enter my voucher number, at this time i have not insert my pn number, i press cancelled button, while waiting on the ATM i received SMS notification that an amount of R4500 has been withdrawn, i waited for an hour by the ATM waiting for my Bank card. How can this happen as i did not insert my pin number on the ATM.

on 26 June 2013, i went to standard bank to report and i was told that they will report to their SMS service department and thy will inform me within tow day.

On 27 June 2013, i received an SMS stating that your ATM withdrawal claim was unsuccessful with no explanation and how can you say my claim i unsuccessful as i did not punch in my pin number and

I need my R4500 back you can even check with the CC cameras i used the ATM that is in Fairbridge Mall in Brackenfell Cape Town.
