I went to standard bank ATM as i bank with then as most of there ATM was offline or jammed, i then went to standard bank in Victoria road Woodstock cape town next to the bank ATM and insert my with pin number the machine was running as it was rolling the money but no money came out i stood there for ten minute and then machine showed jammed i called the toll free number and blocked the and was told that i would get card within 7 workdays the machine swolled my card and never gave slip or money .i then went to the bank on Thursdays and was to that they have to log call gave me reference number and telephone as it would take up to 15day to get my money back it not on and every time i phone i been put on hold forever no luck of getting my money back into my account i am not prepare to wait for workday's to sort out ATM, WHAT ABOUT THEY SAYING THE BANKS ARE THERE TO HELP THE PEOPLE BUT DOES NOT LOOK THAT WAY AS THE ALL TALK ABOUT POLICES AND WHEN ATM IS JUST A MACHINE WHICH PEOPLE HANDLE???
