In January this year I went to FNB branch Chatsworth to pick up my new card and at the same time I changed my OTP cellphone number as I have changed it. I asked the consultant twice did you change my otp number and he said yes. Today I tried linking my Blackberry FNB app to my account and the OTP number shows my old cellphone number.
I refuse to go back to the bank as I do not have the time. I want this to be sorted out because I am not going to the bank neither do I care about your security. If you unable to do this, Please close this account I will go to a bank that does things correctly the first time.
