CHANGING PROFILE EMAIL ADDRESS

For a week I have been phoning numerous numbers to try and have my internet profile notifications on email changed. At times I was told that because my profile is my personal account linked to my small business account I cannot do this. Online I am only able to change the IN-CONTACT notifications for my personal account, therefor require bank assistance to change the business IN-CONTACT notifications. One also told me to go to my branch. I phoned my branch to be told that I must do this via the call centre. I ended up emailing a complaint a few days ago, to receive a reply "have forwarded this to the business resolution centre". Well nothing has happened and I am now forced to complain publically. What will it take for me to change my company IN-CONTACT notifications email address to reflect a different name, but same domain? I am so tired of answering all the security questions time and time again, yet achieving zero assistance!!?
