Good Day
When i changed from ABSA to FNB i thought i would get excellent services, but so far to date the worst service ever.
1. i opened a 32 days savings account at FNB in july? i was not even explained how this account works or even asked to check my personal details... my old address is still listed and my personal statements and someone else is looking at this.
i contacted the branch to change this and was told that i need to come into the branch.lucky i managed to change the email address online so the statement was sent to the email address.
2.cheque account - not 1 statement received so my personal information is being shared with someone else... when i applied for the card? we do give our personal details why is this not changed???
3. EBUCKs - i am loosing so much because no one can tell me why i dont get EBUCKS.they tell me to contact the bank, the bank tells me to contact EBUCKS... i am considering moving to standard bank as they have benefits and willing to asssit a customer... plse contact me or another client will be moving causing of no service
