Yesterday I went into Standard Bank Stellenbosch in my lunch hour to get a bank statement. I had to wait 40 minutes in the queue and eventually had to leave without the bank statement as I was going to be late to get back to work. Not once did a supervisor come to apologise to the long queue for the wait or to simply comminucate the reason for the delay. I recently discovered Capitec Bank and I have found a world of banking pleasure! you have seats to sit and wait until your number is called, and the wait is usually no longer than a couple of minutes. NO THANK YOU! to Standard Bank, HELLO Capitec!!!
