FNB SAYS USE ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS

HI,

My OPT pins dont want to come through, I phoned call centre,
First Boitunelo 08:44 14 August 2013 got my cellphone provider wrong she assumed I am at One - which I am not - very dissapointed, then she tell me to use Alternative Options to pay my URgent payment until they can fix OPT pin and no time limit I must wait.

My Alternative Option will be Standard Bank!!!

That is the worse day ever I cant believe FNB will allow people working for them that dont help people, but I am glad this happend so now I how its just another bank nothing special.

Very Dissapointed - Its my money in the bank but I cant use it!!!
