Surname drama continues for 7years

2008 (after Hellopeter) StandardBank promised to end their drama about my new surname (changed with HomeAffairs n Bank). Interrogation/nasty comments in front of customers. 6years later the drama continues. March 2013 Centurion Mall allow me to withdraw thousands over the counter, but minutes later consultant supervisor (Rachel Kristine?) cant migrate me frm Savings-Access cos of my "surname issue". Then Centurion say I must go pay for another HomeAffairs letter, re-do the process or go to Acardia (filing branch) because they cant find letter on the system!? Had to travel to another branch!? With FNB u don't need to visit a branch, with below-the-standard StandardBank I had to go to 2 branches. You cant check with own branches online!? Bank manager, George (phoned by supervisor) refused to see me after supervisor told him/classified me as "saving-account" holder and mentioned my rank by "code", am told he said he doesn't need to see me. You'll forever be my little petty-cash account (cos you have ATM's all over)... But Bravo to Sharon (Acardia), She's professional n humane! True Human!...Managers verify my withdrawals!? What is a Mr Van Zyl's ID doing on my account? I'm Mr Sekele (changed frm Maimela)
