Website not user friendly enough

So i went onto the Vodacom website to apply for a contract online, when i got to the page to enter my banking details, it kept saying invalid banking details.

Of course my details would be invalid because instead of having an option to write out your branch and branch code, it limits you to only select from the LIMITED list of branches there.

I opened my FNB account online and that 'branch' is called mybranch.

Unfortunately i couldnt select that because well it didnt exist and when i selected a different branch- it said banking details not valid.

I gave up- because i was getting frustrated.

Tell me, do you update that list of branches? New malls open every other day therefore new bank branches pop up every other day.

Now, I am browsing on the Cell C website.
