Group Balance Enquiry Statement not given

My name is Tebogo Matlala, one of the three signatories to a group account we have opened with FNB. Our branch is in Bank City, Johannesburg. The account was opened in 2010, ant remember the month. After three years as an account holder and having been to three different branches requesting monthly statements, the Southgate branch refused to provide me with a statement because all three members who have signing authority have to be present. When we opened the account we were told that in order to request a statement, one member had to present the account book and their Identification document. After three years of being able to access the statements and report to members the same request is denied because it now states that for bank statements and withdrawals all three members have to be present is clearly a rule that is wing applied without informing the holders of the account which has made me and the rest of my group aggrieved. Can we please get clarity on the policy and why is Southgate the only branch that has done this after three years is really disappointing.
