Since the 6th Feb 2013 I have been trying to get a speed point for my business that will be up and running on on the 1st March 2013. I firstly went to the Glen shopping centre to enquire about the speed point and was told that we have to go to the branch were the business account was opened. When I arrived at the branch we spoke to a consultant and the business manager. A call was logged and we were told that somebody would be in touch with us in the next 24 to 48 hours. 24 hours have come and gone. We called and spoke to the manager again advising that no one has contacted us yet, once again we were advised that she would escalated the matter and get back to us shortly. We called again, and was advised by the manager that people were off ill that is why there is a delay. This morning 13th Feb I called the business manager again, still no one has been in touch with us. Her reply was that she logged a call and thought this was sorted. Really disappoint with the service that I'm receiving. Yet still waiting for a consultant to get in touch with us!!
