Unhappy with the level of service

I had a call from a lady from the call centre who spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me seeking information to upgrade my credit card to a gold status. At no point in the conversation did she mention that I would have to supply certain documents and have it faxed.1 week After the call I get a SMS saying that I need to fax documents to a number. As a full time employee who spends a lot of time on the road I do not have the time to do this and nor was it mentioned in the conversation. It has been 3 weeks since that call and no one has done anything. It seems like fnb is more interested in getting new clients than giving their existing clients a reason to stay!
