UNBLOCK A LOST PHONE

I lost my phone at work a few weeks back and called to have my phone blacklisted, the following day one of our clients brought the phone back saying that she had taken it by mistake. I have since been trying to unblock my phone but to no avail. I have spoken to Rebecca at the call centre and faxed her my documents but no reposense. I have been to one of the MTN shops where they faxed and documents and still no response. And again I called the call centre and spoke to Sheldwyn who asked that I email the documents to him but still no response. Two days ago I called and spoke to Petunia who said that she would get Sheldwyn to call me and today I am still waiting. Yesterday I called and spoke to Maria who once again requested that i fax the documents, so my question is when do I get a response or resolution to my problem if everyone is requesting documents, it seems that the only time you receive proper service is when taking up a new contract, but when you need assistance or have a problem they are not willing to help. This has been going on for far to long and I am not receiving any information from anyone, I am stuck with a phone that I cannot use.
