FNB CREDIT CARD DIVISION

I am very disappointed by the service offered by FNB credit card division. Last week i went to the branch to apply for an increase on limit for my credit card. I did submit all the required documents and the following day i received a phone call saying i should submit a foreign declaration form and that i went to the wits Braamfontein branch and submitted. Today i got another phone call saying i should submit the foreign declaration form, what is this nonsense how many times should i submit it. These guys at the credit card division are not checking on the system, surely all my documents are there. There is this negative attitude about FNB on their foreign customers and that attitude is not good unless FNB is trying to put across a message that they can survive in this business without foreign clients. Each time you want to upgrade something, you are told to go to the branch so what's the point of internet banking, cell phone banking. I advised the lady, to phone my branch where i submitted these forms and she told me that she cant i have to go there myself, whats this nonsense, do you think we have got this time to waste to go the branch.
