Credt Card Top up insurance claims

I was retrenched at the end of January, I then went to FNB to submit my claim for my personal loan and my credit card as both this services have insurance. Within a week my claim for my loan was approved and paid but the one for my credit card it was not. I couldn't query it at that time because I was out of the country I then came back and went to FBN to query my Credit Card top up claim and I was told that they didn't received the documents which came as a surprise to as both documents we faxed at the same time. Nevertheless I did as I was told re- faxed the documents and went back to the branch to ask them to also fax them for me and this was two weeks ago and I'm still waiting with not feedback. I then received a call for the debt collector from FNB credit card division as I told the lady my story as I don't have any income at the moment I'm just waiting for my claim to be processed. Now I'm not sure what to do as they are still calling me to collect the money I don't have my name will now be blacklisted because of this. Please help.
