No feedback, no service and bad attitude

I applied for a credit card online a while ago, i submitted all the documents over a week ago, i even phoned the call center to explain to them I submitted my payslip on a seperate email as I forgot to attach it the the first email. The lady confirmed that they have received all the documents. I phoned today to enquire on the status of my application and am told that my payslip is outstanding! Even though the lady last week said they have received all the documents. I decided to cancel my application and will take out a credit card at another bank that has better customer service and where the staff are trained. I am also considering closing my current account that I have with FNB. Very bad service and very poorly trained staff at the call centre!
