FNB NOT TAKING CLIENTS SERIOUSLY

FNB convinced to move my account from Standard bank last year and claimed to be a better bank. Since moving there i absolutely regret it as i am just a number to them. They do not care if i am unhappy, irregardless of how many times i complain. I am a young lady with a very decent salary and good credit record and have asked fnb for a credit card or overdaft of R10 000 to add on to buying my lil sisters car. i applied in December and instead of giving me a straight answer the credit dept goes back and forth with me, asking me to resend my documents over and over. If i keep calling they will say that they now have them all and i wait a week and call again, then my id copy is missing again. All documents have been sent through the Northgate branch and i even received a confirmation email that they have now received everything. Three days later i call and check and its another story. Besides 25min call every week they are rude absolutely waste my time!!! Gone back to standard and agreed that i will reactivate my account and get the same facilities immediately. Cant believe i wasted a year with FNB making deposits of up to R60 000 a month, some of which will sit for months. SAD...
